Operating theory
The reverse osmosis is one of the most effective water treatment technology which can remove over 95% of the dissoluble solid, heavy metals, and chemical residues. RO water treatment technology is widely used in the areas of sea water desalination, electroplating, preparation of medicine, medical treatment, cosmetic products, beverage, pure water for residence. With certain pressure, the RO membrane can separate the impurities from the raw water.
Application
Residential RO purification system:
used in schools, families, institute, hotel, organization, or other drinking water system.
Commercial Ro purification system:
in community, buildings, real estate
Industrial RO water treatment application:
electroplating, preparation of medicine, medical treatment, cosmetic products, beverage, metallurgy, power plant, sea water desalination, biological agents enrichment separation.
RO feed water condition:
minimum feed water pressure: 30psi(2KG/cm2)
water temperature: 4-45 ℃
PH scope:4-9
Hardness: if no antiscalant dosing unit，the hardness should less than 17mg/L (CaCO3)
Silt density index: SDI 〈5
Iron 〈0.1mg/L
Free chlorine:undetectable
Manganese< 0.05 mg/L
